| Comfort Keepers Comfort Keepers is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to seniors who want to enjoy the comfort of their own homes. Since the start of the business over a decade ago, Comfort Keepers has been a true American success story. Early on, Comfort Keepers identified a real need in the marketplace for in-home care for seniors and other adults. Today, Comfort Keepers caregivers provide first-rate care to thousands of people across the United States, and it is consistently recognized as one of the top franchise systems in its field. There
are basic human needs that transcend age, the most notable being physical and
mental health, companionship, independence, peace of mind, security, and –
perhaps most importantly – respect and dignity.
Due to its highly selective staff and customized services, Comfort
Keepers ensures that these basic needs are met with love and compassion.
Investment
Required
The
fee for a Comfort Keepers franchise is $38,500. Comfort
Keepers provides the following range of investments required to open your
initial franchise. The range assumes that all items are paid for in cash. To
the extent that you choose to finance any of these expense items, your
front-end investment could be substantially reduced.
On-going
Expenses
Comfort
Keepers franchisees pay a royalty fee based on monthly gross revenues (with a
minimum royalty fee of $300 per month). There is a provision for descending royalty from 5% to as low as 3%. The base royalty rate is 5% of revenue. When plateau levels are achieved, royalty on incremental sales above plateaus may drop to as low as 3%. Other fees include a local advertising fee equal
to a minimum of $1,000 monthly. What You Get—Training
